RiverTenn Equestrian Centre is a year-round multi-discipline training, boarding, and riding facility serving the East Tennessee area. It is our goal to provide a family-friendly atmosphere where every client feels welcome and safe. We strive to offer exceptional training and care to every horse at RiverTenn and keep their owners informed of their progress, health, and any issues that may arise. We want our clients to know that their horses are just as important to us as they are to them.
Mission Statement
Our goal is to bring to the youth of Eastern Tennessee the wonder and enjoyment of Equestrian Pursuits. The youth of our region have long been forgotten in the equestrian world and yet we have a multitude of God given resources to promote and nurture such activities.
First, we intend to first teach and share in the care and safety of the horse and rider.
Second, to provide opportunities for building strong skills in different schools of riding.
Third, to promote caring and proper handling of horses.
Fourth, To nurture confidence in one’s self and also the opportunity to become part of a team by taking pride in presenting our riders and horses in local, state and regional equestrian activities.
Fifth, To hold dear and teach that staying true to and protecting these God given resource’s will conserve our lands for future generations so they may also have the chance for such rewarding undertakings.
Sixth, to provide each horse and rider a safe, nurturing environment so all involved will come from these experiences with a new and positive outlook.
